What is EduSuTo?

EduSuTo (Education for a Sustainable Tomorrow) is Meer Foundation's educational initiative designed to build practical knowledge and skills in sustainability, climate action, and future-oriented development. It bridges academic learning with real-world application.

Combine academic rigour with field-based learning. Every course includes real-world case studies, mentor support, and a capstone project.

  • Direct Air Capture (DAC). Liquid solvent and solid sorbent DAC; energy and cost trajectories.

  • Pipeline & ship transport. Compressed CO2 logistics; phase behaviour; network design.
  • Geological storage. Saline aquifers, depleted oil & gas fields, basalt mineralisation.

Cluster-Based Project Development

  • Industrial cluster mapping. Identifying emission sources, shared infrastructure, capture-ready opportunities.
  • Techno-economic modelling. CAPEX, OPEX, LCOE, carbon abatement cost; sensitivity analysis.
  • Stakeholder & policy design. Permitting, community engagement, carbon credits, government schemes.
Capstone — Real-World Project

  • Project brief. Design a cluster-based CCS project for an assigned industrial region in India.
  • Mentored execution. Weekly reviews with domain mentors; modelling tools and reference datasets.
